At long last, the United States Postal Service is releasing a set of vibrant new Postcrossing stamps, and we couldn't be more thrilled! After years of advocacy from the Postcrossing community and behind-the-scenes efforts, these stamps are finally here, celebrating the joy and curiosity that postcrossers bring to the world. The stamps are uniquely triangular, a rare format for USPS, allowing for a distinctive placement on postcards. Designed by Antonio Alcalá and illustrated by Jackson Gibbs, they feature bold colors and playful scenes that capture the essence of Postcrossing.

Mark your calendars for May 26, 2026, when these stamps will be launched at the Boston 2026 World Expo. A commemorative ceremony will take place, and daily Postcrossing meetups will be held throughout the show, which is free to attend. If you can't make it to Boston, don't worry—these stamps will be available online and at post offices nationwide.
