Servo 0.1.0 Release: A New Chapter for Servo as a Library

We've reached an exciting milestone with the release of Servo v0.1.0 on crates.io, marking our first step in offering Servo as a library. While our demo browser, servoshell, won't be available on crates.io, this release signifies our growing confidence in Servo's embedding API. Despite not being a 1.0 release, the version number increase reflects our belief in its capabilities to meet user needs. Additionally, we're introducing a long-term support (LTS) version to accommodate embedders who prefer stability over frequent updates, ensuring they receive security updates and migration guides. This decision comes as we anticipate breaking changes in our regular monthly releases, and we aim to provide a more predictable upgrade path.
