In a move to enhance user experience and combat deceptive practices, Google is updating its spam policies to explicitly prohibit 'back button hijacking.' This practice disrupts a user's navigation by preventing them from returning to the previous page when they click the back button, often redirecting them to unwanted pages or ads.
